RETURNS

At The Color Studio & Salon we appreciate and value your business. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it for a refund within thirty days.

We cannot accept returns on overly used products. Customer is liable for the return shipping unless we made a mistake and sent a different product or the product is defective.

Returns are typically processed within 1-2 business days and once processed we ask that you allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post onto your account depending on your financial institution.
